We aired an interview with Francesca Manno from Les Habitation l’escalier, a shelter that comes to the aide of young adults aged between 18 and 30 years old at risk of homelessness. Les Habitations l’escalier is holding a benefit at Les Pas Sages (951 Rachel e.) this Sunday, May 15th from 7:30 pm to 11:00 pm. It will feature music performed by musicians such as Boy Underwear, Freak Magnet, ‘le slammeur’ Mohammed, and others. There will also be an auction.
Claire Morrisson, from the bluegrass duo Fire and Smoke , played some music and spoke with Candice. The band will be performing at the Winnipeg Folk Festival this summer.
