So we had a super filled show so here we go:
Started the morning off with the Morning Breath with Yogini Ishwari. Yogini Ishwari also encouraged “imaginative breathing” – so you can get centred through rhythmic breathing or imaginative rhythmic breathing – there is no excuse if you have a cold!
